On behalf of my partners and staff, I welcome you to the practice and thank you for choosing and registering with us. As you probably know, we are a large practice spread over four sites from Raynes Park to Tooting, each with its own team of doctors, nurses and clerical staff aiming to provide for you, the patient, the highest standard of care possible.

To further this aim we became part of a large partnership called the South West London Primary Care Organisation where we, and six other practices, further develop ways of giving even better treatment in the best possible way. We are also part of the Sutton and Merton Primary Care Trust.

This website tells you a lot about the practice and what we have to offer but if at any time you have any queries or questions about your own or your family's health, then please call in or speak to the receptionist who will be able to advise you as to whom is most likely to be able to help you.
